Terms of service

Manager Bot is a desk and a Telegram bot for running seller verification and POP in your own groups. You must be 18 or older to open an account.

The trial is 7 days and free. Nothing is charged unless you send Basic $35, Pro $50, or Pro Plus $75 lifetime yourself with PayPal or Wise. Lifetime access means the desk stays open for as long as Manager Bot is running. It is not a promise that the service will exist forever. If we shut it down, we will say so in the support group.

You own the groups, the bot token, and the rules you write. You are responsible for your sellers, your content, and for following Telegram’s rules. Do not use the bot to spam, to scam, or to collect files you have no right to keep.

The bot token lets us operate your bot. Keep it private. If it leaks, revoke it in BotFather and paste a new one.

We can suspend a desk that is used to break the law, break Telegram’s rules, or attack the service. A suspension does not by itself refund a payment. The refund policy says when money comes back.

Telegram can change, go down, or limit a bot. We do not control that. The desk is provided as it runs. We are not liable for lost sales, lost members, or a mute or unlock that fails because Telegram rejected it.

Questions go in the Telegram support group.
