Refund policy

The first 7 days are free. You can use the full desk and walk away without paying. There is nothing to refund during the trial, because nothing is charged.

Basic $35, Pro $50, and Pro Plus $75 are one payment each, sent by you through PayPal or Wise. They are not charged automatically. Once that payment is confirmed, it is final. The free trial is the time to decide. A lower plan can move up by sending the difference.

We will refund the amount you sent if the desk cannot be opened because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it. Ask in the support group before you open a dispute with PayPal or Wise.

Changing your mind after you pay, a seller leaving, a group Telegram restricts, or a desk we suspend because it broke the terms is not a refund.
