Who this covers

Manager Bot is the desk and Telegram bot at managerbot.online. This policy covers the network owner who signs in, and the sellers whose names and files that owner sends through the bot.

What we store

For the account: Telegram user id, username, display name, and the sign-in record.

For the desk: the bot token, welcome and verification text, POP dates, groups, admin list, and seller usernames you add.

For sellers: messages they send the bot, POP screenshots, and whatever verification you turn on — a live circle, an adult-site link, or an ID photo. Those files exist so your admins can approve or reject them.

For payment: the method (PayPal or Wise) and the reference you type when you tap I paid. We do not store card numbers.

Why

To run the desk and the bot: verification, POP, mute and unmute, broadcasts, and the lifetime or trial access on your account. We do not sell this data.

Who can see it

You and the admins you add on your desk can see your sellers and their submissions.

Telegram receives what the bot sends and receives, because that is how a Telegram bot works. PayPal or Wise sees the payment you send them. We see the account and desk data needed to keep the service running.

How long

We keep it while your desk is open. If you want the account, bot token, seller list, and verification files deleted, ask in the support group. Deletion does not cancel a payment already sent.

Your sellers

If you collect an ID photo or a circle video, you are the one asking for it. Tell your sellers what you collect and why. Do not ask for a file you do not need.
